Tiến Tŕnh Đề Cử và Bầu Cử - 2018

Giai Đoạn 1:
Nhận Định về những Ao Ước
 
Nhóm TIM (Quebec)
 
 
Tâm Linh (Spiritual Life)

 

 Ước ao đường lối của cộng đoàn giúp đời sống nhóm được :
• Mật thiết hơn trong mối liên hệ với Chúa
• Nhận ra ơn kêu gọi của nhóm, từ đó nhóm giúp nhóm viên nhận ra ơn kêu gọi của từng cá nhân rơ ràng hơn
• Nhận ra tâm điểm chung của cá nhân, nhóm và cộng đồng là Chúa Giêsu.
• Giúp đỡ sống ơn gọi cá nhân, ơn goi nhóm khi t́m ra căn tính của ḿnh.

Đời sống cộng đoàn (Community life)
• Sự gần gũi hơn giữa ban phục vụ cộng đoàn CLC với các nhóm đia phương
• Nhu cầu cha linh hướng cho các nhóm địa phương hầu giải quyết những vấn đề khả dĩ nan giải của nhóm hoặc cá nhân
• Cần sự hiểu biết sâu hơn về đời sống CLC măc dù đă có khóa CRW năm 2016
• Dung ḥa giữa ơn gọi của CDCLC, ơn gọi nhóm, ơn gọi cá nhân hầu luôn tôn trọng nét đăc thù của ơn gọi của từng người
 

Sứ mệnh phục vụ (Mission/Service)
• Tạo sự liên kết mật thiết giữa cộng đoàn và các nhóm đia phương
• Giúp đỡ mọi cá nhân nhận ra con đương đang đi là ơn gọi theo chân Đức Giêsu
• Giúp đỡ mọi người sống trọn vẹn ơn gọi của ḿnh theo t́nh thần cầu nguyện, nhân định và phó thác
• Phát triển sự hiểu biết về đời sông CD qua tinh thân đơi sống Ignasio
• Giúp đỡ nhiều hơn cho giới trẻ
   

Những đóng góp (Contributions)
• Tạo điều kiên cho những liên lạc giữa cộng đoàn & địa phương qua những gặp gỡ họp mặt nếu có thể
• Hiện kim
• Cầu nguyện cá nhân, nhóm ...Taizé ...
• Các khóa tĩnh tâm
• Phục vụ rộng răi hơn trong và ngoài giáo xứ, thêm những sinh hoạt để giúp anh em khám phá ra ơn gọi cá nhân và giúp nhau sống ơn goi theo ư Chúa muốn
• Hy sinh thơi gian nhiều hơn để quan tâm, giúp đỡ, mở ḷng gần gũi hơn với những người gặp khó khăn trong cũng như ngoài nhóm

•

 Cá nhân: Tiếp tục học hỏi, thực hành, trao dồi thêm linh đạo thánh I-nhă trong cầu nguyện và trong đời sống hằng ngày. Sống lối sống DH-CLC ngày càng rơ nét hơn.
• Nhóm: Sống tinh thần liên kêt yêu thương. Cùng nhau chia sẻ đời sống cầu nguyện. Nhận ra được identity của nhóm để sống và hoạt động một cách rơ ràng, tự tin hơn.
• DH-CLC:Có thêm những chương tŕnh, workshops chuyên về sống, cầu nguyện theo linh đạo I-nhă.

Đời sống cộng đoàn (Community life)
• Cá nhân: Ư thức được vị trí, vai tṛ, trách nhiệm của ḿnh trong nhóm, trong cộng đoàn DH-CLC, từ đó phát triển đời sống cầu nguyện, đời sống nhóm theo tinh thần I-nhă của cộng đoàn DH-CLC như là tham gia đầy đủ các buổi họp nhóm, huấn luyện, tĩnh tâm...
• Nhóm: Phải luôn ư thức ḿnh là một thành phần của DH-CLC để tuân thủ, hợp tác làm việc với Vùng, Trung Ương một cách tích cực hơn.
• DH-CLC: Các chương tŕnh huấn luyện TLNN, CRW, Leadership,tĩnh tâm, SEED... cần tiếp tục thực hiện trong thời gian tới.
 

Sứ mệnh phục vụ (Mission/Service)
• Tiếp tục sống chu toàn bổn phận hằng ngày của ḿnh và luôn lắng nghe lời mời gọi dấn thân của Chúa.

• Sẽ cố gắng đóng góp đáp trả lời mời gọi của Chúa, của cộng đoàn DH-CLC.

•

 Be opened to look into different ways to reach out to people and apply practical, relatable methods of helping people to get to know Jesus in a more personal way through resources that are already available within the Catholic Church. Choose what's good and effective from other programs to incorporate into the prayer life for cac Nhom, even if these programs are not Spiritual Exercise related.

Đời sống cộng đoàn (Community life)
• Need training again for discerning community (to live out the true identity as a CLC group) and help the members be more aware the importance of discerning a mission or service before committing to it.
• Hiểu hơn và sống on gọi DHCLC.
• Các nhóm quen nhau hơn để cùng chia sẽ và hổ trợ nhau hơn.
• Riêng cho ban phuc vu, xin cung cấp những bài cầu nguyện để giúp thành viên hiểu rơ hơn về ơn gọi, những bài cầu nguyện cho các buổi họp nhóm để giúp cá nhân và nhóm đi xâu hơn
• Wish ĐH has something for the older generation; those who either can't stay overnight for a retreat or not feel comfortable to go with younger group.

Tâm Linh (Spiritual Life)

•

 Formation is an important part of spirituality. We need to understand CLC and its general norms. We need to understand our purpose as a CLC community.
• The formation we received from our spiritual guide really helps our group grow spiritually. We need to have more qualified spiritual guides in each region to help local groups grow and deepen their spirituality. Training of spiritual guides should be consistent so that all CLC local groups are formed properly according to the CLC identity, charism, and way of life.
• Help people to understand CLC as a vocation and to take it seriously, rather than diluting it to advertise and get more members. To understand that CLC spirituality is more than just getting together and bonding. How do we change this mentality? How can we help people be authentic, see the real identity and purpose of CLC and truly discern whether this is for them? We need to have bylaws and clear structure to help us bring people into the community in a way they truly see and understand on a spiritual level what the community is about.

• Our community needs to establish clear processes and help others see the importance of them. We need to have processes in pay as our way of proceeding. By having understanding of how process work and apply it accordingly can help our community achieve our objectives more efficiently in addition to understand our purpose and where we are going.
• There needs to be a stronger connection with formation and help DH-CLC members connect their involvement with CLC back to the Church. There is a lot of disconnection and misunderstanding relating to CLC formation. People have their own interpretations of the identity of CLC. We need to help people recognize authentic CLC and discern if this is a personal vocation for them. Therefore, helping members of the community understand and dig deeper into authentic CLC.
• We should not alter CLC true way of life in order to accommodate those who are not willing to accept it. We need to let go of DH and embrace CLC for our community to truly grow. I’ve never felt like this before, but recently I’ve become aware of my attachments to DH.

• We need to help others understand that CLC is a vocation not a ministry. We need to help people understand CLC as a vocation and to take it seriously rather than diluting it to get more members. Each CLC member may have his/her own mission and part of discovering his/her mission is based on his/her prayer life, his/her relationship with God and discerning God’s calling for each person. Local community may help its member discern about their personal mission based on the process of D.S.S.E.
• We need to help our community understand in our mission we are ultimately serving the Church, not CLC. It is through CLC we are called to be unique within the Church and the call to be faithful to the General Principles as way to grow closer to Christ. I’m being invited to give myself free to become more as part of the Church.
• We need to have a balance between spiritual and ministry life. There seems to be a lot of focus on ministry in the past few years; we need to help our community members understand about CLC, help members grow spirituality, and provide formation before we can focus on mission.

• I feel that I have a heart of CLC but I need to go deeper into my understanding of CLC.
• To contribute, I need to focus on growing my own spiritual life and community formation.
• I hear the call to be unique within the Church through CLC. The call to be faithful to the General Principles as a way to grow closer to Christ. To take on Christ and be one with Him by living out these principles and take on His choices. I’m invited to give myself freely to become part of the Church
• I hear the invitation to follow the Church in its structure, to be more like the Church and move with the Church. We are the body of Christ.
• I feel an invitation and call for our community to move forward in a more organized and uniform way.

•

 Prayer materials for adults, teen and kids track
• Teen and children are continuing to mature in faith and we do not have a program to meet their needs.
• To have more faith sharing meeting instead of formation, discernment, or election
• Many members come to group meeting to re-energize so they can serve their community.

• We hope that DH CLC Election will develop a shorten version for the election in order to accommodate groups that do not have all members that are CLC. Or sent out all 4 phases at a time, if possible, so our group can combine phases together so not to take up 4 meetings or more for 4 phases especially when faith sharing is our first priority.

• There is a hope that DH community belongs to a parish where the group can have a place call home, a place to pray, a place to serve and facility (hall and church) to use whenever needed.
• There is a desire for all members to embrace CLC as a calling.
• Be understanding when members cannot attend DH events. We have many other priorities that takes precedent over DH activities, such as personal vocation, family events, extended family events, parish involvement ...etc...

• With so many members involvement in each of their own parish, our group continues to strive to find a common mission where all members can serve.
Options have been brought up, for example: serve food kitchen, serve food to the homeless, and it is still a work in progress.

•

 I see formation as the biggest need in terms of spirituality. Formation is not just knowledge of Ignatian Spirituality, but it is how to truly live Ignatian Spirituality out and go deeper into our mystical lives.
• We need to deepen our group spirituality as well as our own individual spirituality.

• Community - are we becoming authentic CLC? Are we understanding the guiding principles and identity of CLC? We need to be real and recognize if we want to become authentic CLC or not.
• Formation - We need formation, but it needs to be given in the right way. Who’s giving the formation? If it’s the wrong person, then it would be like the blind leading the blind.
• I hear the need for unity and in the community. The only way we can have true unity is to understand the true identity of CLC and embrace it. If we do not realize what the identity and purpose of CLC, then we will go nowhere.

  We need to slow down in ministry. What is our purpose? Is it truly serving the Church? What is the structure of our ministries? Yes, there is always an urgency for mission, but we need to take our time and do it right.

• I need to continue raising questions and concerns to help the leadership realize what we need to grow. For example, is what we are doing currently really the way of proceeding for CLC? Are we really living this as a community? I also need to look into these things myself and dig deeper and be open to learn and be formed.
• I need to continue my personal formation. Like St. Ignatius said, “If you want to change the world, change yourself first.” If I want to help the community grow in the CLC way of life, I need to form myself first.

•

 Những chương tŕnh như TLNN rất hay. Nhưng ao ước có thêm được spiritual directions sau khi tham dự khoá. Nếu được th́ cho tham dự viên danh dách của spiritual directors.
• Ngoài ra, nhóm không có thêm ao ước ǵ về phương diện tâm linh cho cá nhân hay cộng đoàn. Nhóm thấy DH CLC offers quá nhiều & qúa tốt những chương tŕnh tĩnh tâm cũng như các spiritual exercise programs khác.

• Khi có mâu thuẫn, nhóm nên làm ǵ để giải quyết? Ngoài v/d tự giải quyết với nhau, nhóm nên: t́m lời khuyên từ group guide? Từ những AC trong nhóm khác mà nhóm tin tưởng? Hay các AC trong BPV? Nhóm ao ước có một support system hay được học hỏi từ kinh nghiệm của các AC đi trước.
• Nhóm Có ao ước muốn biết DH CLC có ư kiến ǵ khi một member tham gia hai nhóm cùng lúc?
• Nhóm ao ước có cách nào để các em, teens & nhỏ hơn sinh hoạt một cách hữu hiệu? Chia xẻ giữa các nhóm về chương tŕnh teens/kids tracts? A forum of ideas/experiences on DH website?

• Nhóm có ao ước được làm những ministries/missions. Làm thế nào để nhóm reach out for recourses/experiences? Again, Maybe a forum of recourses available for all on DH CLC website?

 We desire to consistently have annual retreat together as well as frequent days of prayer exclusive for our own group at a minimum semi-annually.

For the general DH community, we have the following wishes:
• We desire to see all retreats hosted by local or regional DH groups and open to the public communicated to the entire national community either by announcement at DH website or other means of communication, so we can have opportunities to attend in case none is available in our local area.
• We desire to consistently have annual retreat together as well as frequent days of prayer exclusive for our own group at a minimum semi-annually.
• Consider making available spiritual exercise in daily life retreats beside the Lightworks.
• Encourage all members to do the 19th annotation retreat.

For our own group, we desire the following
• All members need to prioritize the group fellowship meetings
• Committed to keep the fellowship schedule and disciplined to the starting and ending time of each fellowship meeting.
• Well prepared with individual prayers and reflection before coming to the fellowship meeting.
• Have a group coordinator with a limited term.
• Committed to make effort in joining with the group in all formation activities/workshops if possible.
For the general DH community, we wish to see the following:
• Prioritize formation
• Create opportunities for encouraging local groups to stay connected with and bond with one another by having shared activities beside the annual regional gatherings. Cluster concept is an example for groups within the physical proximity. Further, consider the virtual concept for groups in isolated areas.
• Foster a meaningful working relationship between the DH ExCo and all ministries by practicing true DSSE in discerning for the needs before the ministry teams plan and schedule the activities. ExCo should not be merely informed of the activities after the fact but should be actively involved with the ministry teams especially in the discernment for the needs.

• For our own group, we desire to make effort in living out the CLC way of proceeding (DSSE) to support one another in discerning and responding to the call for missions.
• For the general DH community, we wish to see the DH ExCo and all ministries strive to live out DSSE especially during the stage of the ministry's discerning for the missions.

• In an effort to fulfill the aforementioned desires for our group, we have developed concrete plan of actions in small but realistic steps to make it feasible for attaining our goals.
• Concerning our above desires for the general DH community, each and every one of us would contribute our parts by remaining open to collaborate with DH leaderships (national and regional) in whatever ways that can best utilize our gifts and our own limitations.

• Nhóm ao ước được gắn bó hơn trong tinh thần giữa những cá nhân trong nhóm và cảm thấy cần đến với nhóm đầy đủ hơn nhờ đó có tâm t́nh đi đến với cộng đoàn ĐH-CLC rộng lớn hơn, nhờ đó có cơ hội quen biết với nhiều thành phần khác trong Ban phục vụ và những nhóm khác nhau.
• Ao ước được đi cùng với các nhóm khác trong các sinh hoạt trong năm

• Giúp đỡ những thành viên trong nhóm chưa có cơ hội hiểu rơ về đường lối, ơn gọi DH để cùng nhau cùng nh́n về một hướng.  
• Nhiều thành viên trong nhóm đă và đang phục vụ công đoàn giáo xứ địa phương trong nhiều vai tṛ khác rồi và ao ước cả nhóm có được một sinh hoạt phục vụ như thăm viếng những bệnh nhân, người già yếu.
• Tạo cơ hội cho các thành viên trong nhóm và các nhóm khác trong vùng cũng như trong giáo xứ có cơ hội được gần Chúa hơn qua các khóa linh thao.

• Nhóm tiếp tục cầu nguyện cho tất cả mọi thành phần trong gia đ́nh DH-CLC, nhất là Ban Phục Vụ để có sức phục vụ gia đ́nh DH-CLC trong nhiều khía cạnh khác nhau.
• Sẵn sàng đóng góp thời gian khi có thể cũng như đóng niên liêm ̣̣khi đuoc kêu gọi 
• Nhóm sẽ thúc đẩy thành viên tham dự khi có những chương tŕnh đưa ra từ vùng hoặc trung ương

• Không có nhóm tôi sẽ thấy thiếu thốn t́nh anh em, t́nh đoàn kết

• Ao ước cả nhóm cùng đi tỉnh tâm chung , cùng đi những khóa huấn luyện và nhất là Họp Mặt Vùng được đông người hưởng ứng tham gia
• Mong ước nhóm có công tác chung nhiều hơn
• Mong ước nhóm cùng đi TLNN
• Mỗi người có những ơn gọi phục vụ riêng, nhưng có nhóm cùng đồng hành, cầu nguyện, chia sẽ những khó khan mệt mởi, khích lệ nhau

   Nhóm GIA ĐINH THANH TÂM

•

 Ao ước từ mỗi cá nhân có thêm nhiều cơ hội để "Gặp Chúa Giêsu"
• Ao ước nhóm có những formations hay cơ hội học hỏi đào sâu về Linh Đại Y Nhă, hay những giáo huấn của Giáo Hội, hoặc của Đức Thánh Cha. Để các thành viên hiểu hơn những ơn gọi cũng như những việc làm cần thiết.

• Ao ước được cùng nhau tham gia vào những sinh hoạt phục vụ chung trong tính cách nhóm, vùng và toàn thể DH
• Ao ước được cùng nhau tham gia vào những sinh hoạt phục vụ chung trong tính cách nhóm, vùng và toàn thể DH
• Ao ước có sự liên đới và follow-through giữa cộng đoàn, local groups, vùng để tiếp tục nâng đỡ nhau
• Ao ước BPV đưa ra một số phương cách để giúp các nhóm địa phương connect với nhau hơn

• Ao ước nhóm có thêm community service chung với nhau. Đặt biệt là vợ/chồng và các con cùng đi community service chung với nhau.
• Ao ước DH-CLC có thêm chương tŕnh giúp đỡ những người kém may mắn, có thể là goals cho mổi năm. Mổi năm vùng ĐB có March For Life, Shoe-Box project, và những local communities khác nhau. Nếu được DH-CLC có thể adopt một vài community activities as a goals for DH-CLC

• Ao ước BPV mới có sự hiện diện cụ thể và thường xuyên hơn với local groups, feel một sự disconnect giữa BPV trung ương với các anh chị DH khắp nơi and vice versa
• Ao ước có những model đẻ có thể sử dụng và san sẽ (i.e. resources sharing) như library v.v.

• Be able to integrate aspects of family/work/daily life with spiritual life.
• Khám phá/tái khám phá ơn gọi CLC hầu sống trọn vẹn hơn lời mời gọi của Chúa qua lối sống này.
• Khám phá ra ơn gọi cá nhân

• Đuợc connected hơn với cộng đoàn ĐH rộng lớn hơn
• Đón nhận những khác biệt của nhau và chấp nhận nhau như nhau là.

• Học hỏi và thực tập nhận định cộng đoàn
• Nhận ra ơn gọi hôn nhân gia đ́nh là mission chính mỗi nguời đă nhận đuợc và sống trọn vẹn ơn gọi này qua lối sống CLC
• Nhận định mission chung cho nhóm và giúp nhận định personal vocation cho nhóm viên.
• Thực hành DSSE ( cả 4 steps: discern, send, support, evaluate) nhiều hơn trong context của phục vụ với tư cách cá nhân, nhóm, cộng đoàn

Discussion:
-  It is unfair that we keep potential members waiting. We should more actively discern so that potential members hear back from us sooner than later.
-  Each member should share their commitment level to the group; currently and looking towards the future.
     > We should all recommit to the group and share what that might look like; prayer life, meeting attendance, etc.
     > Sadly, we struggle to have everyone coming to the same meeting for a re-commitment meeting.
     > Phuong: I will be very busy for the next three months. I can commit to one meeting per month until april, at which point I should be able to go to each meeting.
     > Vincent: I feel drawn away from the Ignatian Charism: our format of prayer and contemplative prayer. A lot of our prayer material does not feel like what I am called to.
- Let’s pray with the second FSE retreat for lent
- As a group, we should actively pray on what prayer material our group will want to use next.
- The future of the group
    > The group is changing regardless of what we want.
    > The engaged members will either have their significant others join or they will probably leave the group.
    > If significant others join, they should be expected to commit to the group as an individual.
    > Regardless of vocation status, we can still keep in mind each person’s individual prayer life. If we proceed with that mindset, it shouldn’t be a problem if there are married, engaged, and single people in our group.
    > The members here today felt that it would be a good change, to consider fiancees as potential future members.
