THE FIRST DAY (June 20th, 2002)

Goal: To begin to build a Community Experience

 

12:00-1:30PM             LUNCH

 

1:30PM – 4:30PM            SESSION TWO

Goal:            To notice what stirs within ourselves & reflect on how to be a Spiritual Director.

 

6:00PM – 8:00PM            SOCIAL HOURS, hosted by SEEL

Goal:            To clarify the meaning of the First Movement of the Spiritual

Exercises by relating the Exercises to Personal Experiences of life, Scripture, art or cultural myth.

Goal: To clarify the meaning of the Second Movement of the Spiritual

Exercises by relating the Exercises to personal experiences of life, Scripture, art or cultural myth.

Goal: To discuss initial plans for a SEEL Retreat in one’s home community, to

consider together the role of consultants, to celebrate together and give thanks for these days
