Tiến Tŕnh Đề Cử và Bầu Cử - 2015

Giai Đoạn 1:
Nhận Định về những Ao Ước
 
Nhóm Nazaret
(Arizona)
 
 
Tâm Linh (Spiritual Life)

•

 Cá nhân ao uớc mỗi ngày đi theo Chúa sát hơn, gần gũi hơn và nhận ra Chúa rơ ràng hơn trong đời sống hàng ngày (Chúa như nguời yêu/nguời t́nh của tôi)
• Ao uớc mỗi nguời trong nhóm, trong vùng, Cộng Đoàn ĐH/CLC nhận ra ḿnh đuợc Chúa yêu thuơng và từ đó đáp trả t́nh yêu thuơng đó trong đời sống gia đ́nh , việc làm và các mục vụ
• Ao ước các anh chị đă đi lâu với Nhóm làm Linh Thao trọn để cảm nếm t́nh thuơng sâu xa của Chúa cũng như trở nên chứng nhân cho t́nh yêu của Ngài ( giúp nguời khác đến với Chúa).

Huấn Luyện (Formation)
• Ao ước đào sâu lối sống và ơn gọi CLC
• Tăng truởng hơn trong đời sống cộng đoàn: làm sao Nhóm có thể giúp tôi khám phá ra tiềm năng của ḿnh. (Discover my gifts/talents and personal vocation)
• Nhóm giúp tôi nhận định trong những quyết định thực tế trong cuộc sống
• Ao ước đuợc connect với vùng, Cộng Đoàn rộng lớn hơn
   

Mục Vụ (Apostolates/Ministries)
• Thao Luyện Nhẹ Nhàng (Lightworks): ao uớc chia sẻ món quà này với những nguời khác để giúp họ đến với Chúa
• Nhận ra nhu cầu của giới trẻ để lớn lên trong Đức Tin, t́m Chúa và nhận ra tiếng Chúa.
• Nhận ra nhu cầu của các gia đ́nh, các em trẻ sắp lập gia đ́nh, muốn đóng góp trong mục vụ gia đ́nh khi có thể (CTĐSHN, Dự Bị Hôn Nhân)

Nhóm Gia Đ́nh Lữ Hành

DH-CLC Level

•

 More interaction, more meeting between groups (both social and spiritual). Các anh chị muốn có nhiều cơ hội gặp gỡ các anh chị từ những nhóm khác để kết t́nh thân. Nên có thêm các chương tŕnh cầu nguyện ngắn như chặng đàng thánh giá, chầu Thánh Thể, v.v. để các nhóm cùng nhau cầu nguyện và gặp gỡ. Đây là những chương tŕnh rất đẹp và hay cho nhiều nhóm cung tham dự thường xuyên.
• Có thêm nhiều DH members từ nhiều nhóm địa phương tham gia vào DH activities (HMV, họp phong trào, Thanksgiving Mass, Fund Raising dinner, etc.).
• Có thêm nhiều thành viên trong các ban ngành (ban huấn luyện, ban tĩnh tâm, linh hướng).

Nhóm Level
• TLNN: tất cả các anh chị đều có điều kiện tham dự.
• 19th annotation: giúp các anh chị có ḷng ao ước được tham dự và phát triển tâm linh sâu hơn.
• Tĩnh Tâm: nhóm đi tĩnh tâm cùng với nhau mỗi năm một lần. Nếu không thuận tiện, mỗi người đi tĩnh tâm tối thiểu một lần mỗi năm.
• Formation: có nhiều formation, nhất là formation đào tạo hướng dẫn viên TLNN.
   

Personal Level
• Formation: tiếp tục phát triển tâm linh cho cá nhân. Chú trọng nhiều về formation.
•  Support of ministries: tiếp tục tích cực hỗ trợ những ministries hiện đang có như SEED và TLNN.

Nhóm GDTT
• Can doi song noi tam tang  truong / tiep tuc lam TLNN.
• Lam sao de dao va doi dung hoa (balance).
• Can co mot su menh chung cho nhom
• Di dai hoi DH va HMV chung voi nhau as of group GDTT
• Moi ca nhan trong nhom can be more active participated in action of all events.
• Nhom can tro ve the BASIC de cung hiep nhat (be patient and giving up your time to GDTT)
• Nhom dang sinh hoat roi rat / not work together as a whole group.
• Tim lai identity va duong huong cua nhom
• Tinh lien doi, hop nhat va su menh chung cho nhom ben canh nhung su menh rieng (ca nhan)
• Promote loi song KIENG 3 CHAN, lam sao de balance ca 3.  Nhom/ca nhan dang bi Handicap mot trong nhung Kieng 3 chan
• Tro ve loi song DH thua ban dau/ lam sao de co them nguoi moi
• To chuc Tỉnh Tâm /noi rong TT cho nhung nguoi moi ben ngoai nhóm
• Nên gầy dựng và làm nảy sinh nhieu thêm nhiều nhóm ĐH. Gioi thieu va dem DH ra dia phuong
• Ao uoc nhom GDTT mo rong cua nhung training, retreat... cho nguoi ngoai nhom
• 1. nhom co the lam nhung gi va nhu the nao de giup nhu cau tam linh va noi tam (spiritual and emotional) cua anh chi em duoc hieu qua hon, dac biet la trong thoi gian gan day voi nhung movement va hoan canh gia dinh cua mot vai anh chi em
• 2. nhom nen nhac nho va giup nhau trong lanh vuc di tim va duy tri lien lac voi SD (spiritual director) cua moi ca nhan
• 3. nhom nen nhin lai cach cau nguyen hang thang sao de duoc tot hon trong sự gan bo voi Loi Chua qua Phuc Am va Thanh Vinh (tam tinh chia se as a group, not just as a person when we pray alone each day), tro lai voi nhung bai hat (songs and psalms) de giup tang phan linh dong cho gio cau nguyen va chia se, tro lai voi nhung on xin (petition), va co the tro lai voi more visual decoration/setting de giup tao bau khi cau nguyen duoc am cung va more inviting (4P's)
   

Cong Doan DH
• Reach out ra them cac anh chi em khac trong cong doan DH, get to know them.
• Promote YAYA ministry and Caritas for young adults
• Again loi song Kieng 3 chan
• Co nhung nhom dang chet dan dan
• Nhom khong lon len duoc
• Lam the nao để giup các nhom van dang sinh hoat theo duong loi linh dao thanh Inha, loi song DH, nhung lai khong nhan minh thuoc ve Cong Doan Dong Hanh va khong den voi cac sinh hoat DH trong vùng hoac toan quoc?

Current reality:

S.E.E.D. is growing in all regions

  • S.E.E.D. Source in 2nd year- attempting to give formation to current and potential retreat leaders
  • Structure is evolving

Marriage Renewal Workshop

  • Stable structure
  • Going strong in all regions
  • MRW in Vietnam is in a final phase of training
  • MRW in both Vietnamese and English

Lightworks

  • Formal administrative structure in place
  • Formal formation structure
  • Strong foothold in all Northeast, Southwest and Midwest
  • Collaborate with Arlington Diocese in Virginia
  • Good reception from Philadelphia and Southern NJ and potential to expand
  • Facilitators are progressing through the formation program
  • Field of mission seems to shift to more English speaking communities and parishes

YaYA Ministry

  • Strong desire to continue with YaYA ministry
  • Lack of direction
  • Identity crisis

CLC Level

  • Working to standup service center.
  • Needs to collect information of leaders in various ministries
  • The challenge facing the 11th region, Dong Hanh
  • Some taskforces has not been working, such as membership, etc

- Our group pretty actively involve with DH ministries so we know the needs of DH, but will base on our own group’s needs first to recognize the bigger picture: MRW, CRW, LW, SEED, YaYA, Formation
- Our region YaYA has not developed much => what do we desire?
- National level: collect information of leaders to put in service centers. Our challenge: 11th region, very unique. We are lack of some important positions in National CLC-USA. Some taskforces have been put to sleep but at the same time some taskforces has been revolving with many challenges.

1st round sharing:

  • Concerns: membership issue has been vague quite a while. Ao uoc some clarity comes from next leadership. Shared responsibility should be aware by members for our ministries’ needs.
  • New leadership should pay attention to Coordinators of YaYA, formation for YaYA leaders
  • EA: new leadership should have a wider range of knowing other priests to help DH instead of a few that we know of.
  • Disconnect between CLC and DH: some don’t know the bigger CLC community, some just limit to locals => needs to feel a connection
  • The connection of Ban Phuc Vu Dong Hanh to the local communities, not enough formation about community, members don’t feel the connection, sense of belonging, support from top leadership
  • Member realize that not engage enough to the higher level of community or other regions
  • Member should have a deeper relationship with God to foster the sense of community and mission
  • Desire to be grounded in faith to build a stronger community for the Church

2nd round sharing:

  • Our challenges as our failure, like Christ falling but we walk with grace
  • See the needs and the limitation of DH leadership but there is a lot of support in the background
  • Feel the needs of finance responsibility, not to feel as penalty for being committed, contribution to feel belong
  • Deeper relationship with God first is foremost
  • Despite our needs and limitation but we desire to journey together
    Receive the sense of community, feel joyful

Evaluation:
Hy Vong is almost a core group in Dong Bac that involves in many ministries. We see many needs but we are in a supportive disposition and ready to engage/involve in all ministries.

What’s next:
Continue to ponder these needs and desires.

•

 Mỗi nhóm viên ao ước được sống mật thiết hơn với Chúa mỗi ngày
• Làm sao để khơi trong ḷng mỗi nhóm viên tinh thần phục vụ và yêu mến nhóm hơn ?
• Ước ao được đào sâu vào tinh thần của linh đạo I-Nhă

Huấn Luyện
• Ước ao mọi người trong nhóm cùng đi tĩnh tâm hoặc những khóa huấn luyện với nhau hằng năm
• Ước ao được học hỏi và đào sâu hơn về lối sống Đồng Hành CLC
• Trong các buổi họp Nhóm, xin Điều Hợp Viên nhắc nhở những điều căn bản của DH-CLC như Phút Hồi Tâm , Nguyên Tắc Phân Biệt Thần Loại v.v...
• Cứ 3,4 tháng một lần Nhóm ao ước được họp mặt tất cả các nhóm viên 1 ngày để cùng học hỏi về những điều căn bản của Đồng Hành CLC va vui chơi với nhau một ngày ngoài trời .
   

Mục Vụ
•  Nhóm ao ước được làm Thao Luyện Nhẹ Nhàng hoặc một chương tŕnh nào khác để giúp nhóm viên đào sâu đời sống nội tâm với Chúa hơn
• Một số các em trẻ mất niềm tin, nên đă t́m đến cái chết .....Nhóm rất băn khoăn không biết phải làm ǵ để giúp các em

Formation

•

More formation workshops or foundational workshops for cac nhom especially new groups and old groups with many new members
• Foundational formations for members to understand CLC charism and Ignation Spirituality
• Formation for cac em YYA specifically the youth (age 12-17)
• Formation for leaders (adults, YYA leaders, all ministry leaders)

Youth & Young Adults
• Pay more attention to youth and young adults
• Formation and leadership trainings are necessary for YYA
• A need to have a YYA coordinator in each region to foster connections and communications
• Help YYA to grow and be grounded in Christ in a deep way – focus more on spiritual development than ministries (in other word – be formed in spirit first before being sent on a mission – being before doing).
• Retreats for YYA on a national and regional level similar to SEED retreats for young children.
   

Ministries
• Family Ministries
  • Bring this ministry into Giao Xu everywhere as there is a present need in today’s society with statistics of divorce rate at almost 50%.
  • Seek and develop more leaders to help with this ministry so that it can be expanded to reach more people and parishes
  • Develop trainings for potential leaders
  • Conduct more (English speaking) retreats for “new” young families who have just begun to embark on this new calling of marriage and family. There is a need for young families who are going through the first “adjustment stage” of marriage life and family
• S.E.E.D.
  • Expand this ministry to reach more parishes and young children outside from DH.
  • Recruit and train more leaders to lead SEED retreats.
   

ĐH Membership
• Develop spiritual guidelines or steps in formation programs to help members move toward making permanent commitments to CLC way of life (or at the least help the group to declare its own community as a CLC community)
• Clarify financial responsibilities of members.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities of members to help members be more engaged and be more pro-active in fostering better communications at many levels of DH and CLC (group, region, national and CLC) as well as making a discernment to take future leadership roles.
• Develop guidelines specifically for YYA to help the move towards a permanent commitment – taken into account YYA’s challenges and needs.

Cộng Đoàn
•

- Thiếu sự gặp gỡ và liên kết giửa các nhóm, vùng
- Cảm giác như bị bỏ rơi.
- Cần gặp gỡ để hiểu rỏ nhu cầu của nhau và dễ chia xẽ cho nhau.
- Trỡ ngại về ngôn ngữ là một vấn đề lớn.

- Thêm connection giữ Trung ương và ĐH Canada qua những buổi gặp gỡ hoặc Huấn luyện ... trong điều kiện nhiều người có thể tham gia.
- Những khóa học hỏi hoặc huấn luyện. cho giới trẽ và người lớn. (Cha hoặc BTC)

- Nhu cầu giới trẻ biến đổi khi lớn lên mà không đáp ứng kịp.
- Hoàn cảnh, đời sống cá nhân thay đổi.
- Yaya đã có Mục vụ rõ ràng nhưng không có sinh hoạt hay ảnh hưỡng rõ ràng tại Canada từ 3,4 năm qua.
•

- Mối liên hệ trung ương và địa phương gần như bị gián đoạ.n
- Đem lối sống ĐH vào ḷng giáo xứ.
   

Mục Vụ
•

- Có nhu cầu về SEED để giúp đời sống Đức tin cho giới trẽ.
- Trong lúc các em sinh hoạt thì cha mẹ có điều kiện để tham gia và giúp tạo mối liện hệ với các em.
- Khó khăn thực tế: đa số gia đình các anh chị em ĐH actif đều có con cái đã trưỡng thành.

   Nhóm MAGIS, Houston
  We began the fellowship with an opening prayer and brief sharing with one another on where we are.

We read scripture passage (Mark 10—The healing of the Blind) and shared our personal reflection in relation to our desires for ourselves and for the community. In the first round of sharing, we shared our own desires. In the second round, we confirmed with one another what we heard as commonly shared desires as follows:

1. Desire to live out more deeply the DSSE, CLC values.
2. Desire to recognize the CLC identity.
3. Desire to create more opportunities for BEING rather than DOING specifically as follows: nurture interpersonal relationships by mutual supports through spiritual evaluation and the human dimensions ..DOING and BEING are intertwined. The key thing is what my motivation or purpose is when interacting with other members.
4. Ongoing rediscovering of the common root that the whole group has. If we can discover that common root, CLC charism, we can see the same direction.
